[HD] HaitiVille with Chef Stephan (Djondjon Seafood Paella)
Djondjon Paella is one of my favorite signature dishes. Simple to make but full of flavor. The important thing is to be able to have the dried black mushroom which can be found easily online now or in markets with Caribbean influences. You can use whatever seafood you like, but mine is made with Blue Crab, Shrimp, mix seafood or conch.
